Short history:The Bogotá Country Club was born on September 28, 1917 and since then it has always sought excellence in all its aspects.
The Country Club has become the center of social and sporting life for members and guests, a place of leisure and a family meeting point. Today it is one of the most prestigious clubs in Colombia, not only for hosting the most important sporting events in the country, but also for being an attractive and welcoming place, a lung of the city that contributes to reducing pollution and a natural area with a great diversity of birds and trees.
Great players and representatives have developed in the fields of golf, tennis, horse riding, swimming and squash, where several have become national and South American champions.
The mutual work of members and employees over these 97 memorable years has made the Country Club a place steeped in history and sporting and social celebrations.
The main objective of the Club is to develop an ecological program and avifauna project that seeks to plant tree species that provide the ideal habitat for the different birds that live in this space.
